Preparing your dog prior to clipping is primary. Bathing and drying are paramount when preparing the coat to be scissored. Little Diva's mom was counseled by me on what products to wash her in at home, in between grooming. This helps me, the groomer so much. When Diva comes in she is already accustomed to the shampoo and conditioners I would use on her coat. Proper drying is also a major influence on what type of style you will be able to acheive. Diva is hand scissored with a full teddy bear face and fluffy tail. She is groomed on an every 4 week schedule.
